Our portfolio mainly includes properties that have been acquired and rehabilitated to quality standards that target little to no CapEx within the first two years, and no major CapEx over a ten-year horizon. This mandate has allowed our property managers to focus on their core business of tenant selection and cash management without the added efforts of dealing with burdensome maintenance issues. These combined efforts produce a more stabilized cash flow from our portfolios.
We are growing our portfolio of assets across multiple geographies and in various markets. These markets are in varying stages: stabilized, growth, and recovery. We are, therefore, more resistant to economic downturns in any one market or product type.
